It doesn't happen often to me to pick as much
I must say that this April 19, 2012, the first morels waiting for me already quite far from my usual spot in the grass!
Rather than words, I present a video of that memorable picking.
Many morels were weighing between 20 and 30 grams, the biggest was 39 grams. The total harvest of 110 morels gave me 1.5 kg. There are still some small, but the season ends for Morchella elata.
One part was eaten that night, another was given, the rest was dried.
