My spots for morels - second part

The third station is also very classic :

it is a grassy area with three trees.
In this area grew morels - Morchella esculenta.
I don't know if implantation is perennial or pioneer as the first morels appeared next to an area with recent fire.

The fourth station is a bit special
because it isn't a morel one, but a fungus of the same family but more rare : the bell morel or the thimble fungus - Verpa conica.
This is a grassy spot under an old apple tree in an area fallow.
This station is probably permanent.

The 2011 season was marked by hot, windy and dry, which considerably shortens it.
Small Morchella elata drying out
Small morel which growth is interrupted by drought.

The 2012 season begins inauspiciously because we have the same type of climate, after a month in February even more dry and unusually cold, March comes with rain even more rare.
